To tie the bracelets:

• wrap the bracelet around the wrist
• feed the long “tail” through the hole
• tie a knot in the tail at the base of the hole it’s just come through
• cut the remaining leather off the tail (if the customer wishes to leave the bracelet on indefinitely); otherwise, just wrap the excess around the knot

The bracelets are generally meant to be left on until they fall off. If the customer wants the option to remove it, then don’t cut the end off; just wrap the end of the tail back under the bracelet so that the knot can be undone.

Care: Once on, there is no need to remove the bracelet to shower or swim. It should stay on for quite a while and will not get stinky!

SHIPPING:

We usually ship Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays. Orders usually ship within the next 2 days after being processed online. However, during the summer months, we are frequently out of town, and therefore we may need a few more days to ship your order (if this is the case, we will try to notify you via email).

Returns can be initiated within 30 days of the ship date.

Damaged goods will be replaced whenever possible; if the item is no longer available, your money will be refunded, or you can opt to receive a credit that is valid for one year from the date of issue.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
