When will my order ship?

We usually ship Monday through Friday excluding US holidays. Orders usually ship within the next 2 days after being processed online. However, during the summer months we are frequently out of town, and therefore we may need more a few more days to ship your order (if this is the case, we will try to notify you via email).
Please note that these processing and shipping provisions are only general guidelines. Global Girls is not responsible for shipping carrier delays and cannot ensure that the time frames noted above will be met.  If you need your order by a certain date, please email me with your order. 

What does shipping and handling cost?

FREE Ground shipping on orders over $150 before tax (continental US only)

We ship the sandals (and most other goods) via the US postal service using Priority Mail.
1 pair of sandals to anywhere in the continental US costs $13.05
2 pairs of sandals to anywhere in the continental US will likely have free shipping due to the value being over $150

How long does it take to arrive?

Most packages arrive in 2-3 Days to most US locations.  Please allow 6-8 Days for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.  Global Girls cannot guarantee the timing of packages once turned over to the carrier.

Please email us upon ordering if you need overnight or 2nd Day Air delivery and we will give you a price quote.
 

Do I need to sign for my package?

Generally, we do not require signature for delivery of sandals.  However, depending on the value of your goods, the delivery service provider may require a signature for delivery.  We will try to let you know if a signature will be required.  You can usually choose to waive the signature requirement by the carrier by leaving the delivery person a note stating "I waive the signature requirement."  Please note that if you waive the signature requirement, Global Girls will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Other Shipping Information

If you decide to refuse any shipments from Global Girls, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you and the cost of returning the package to Global Girls. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. Packages returned to us for failed delivery (three failed delivery attempts) will be subject to a $ 20 fee to reship the order.

Please allow 4-6 weeks for shipments to all military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Please note that all officially recognized United States Holidays are not considered business days and will therefore increase delivery times.

Returns & Exchange Policy for Online Purchases

Your satisfaction is our highest priority at Global Girls.

Returns can be initiated within 30 days of the ship date under My Account > Order History. Click on an existing order and select the item you'd like to return. After entering the quantity and submitting, a Return Authorization number will be provided.

Damaged goods will be replaced whenever possible; if the item is no longer available, your money will be refunded or you can opt to receive a credit that is valid for one year from date of issue.

We are not able to accept worn or altered items unless defective. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

All items returned must be in the same condition in which they were purchased. We have the right to deny a credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Returns must be sent by U.S. Postal Service, UPS, FEDEX or other traceable carrier. For your own security, we recommend that the return package be insured for the full retail value of the merchandise and have tracking information for your reference.  GLOBAL GIRLS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES.  We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

 

SALE MERCHANDISE is FINAL SALE unless you wish to exchange the same item for another size. If the desired size is not available for the sale item, then we will issue a credit (less the original shipping cost) that is valid for one year from date of issue.

If you are entitled to a refund, it will be credited back to the original method of payment within seven (7) business days of receipt less shipping and handling charges. Please be aware that some card returns can take up to 30 business days for banks to complete depending on their processing time. This can vary between card issuers and unfortunately, we are unable to influence this.  

If an item you ordered is not available, we will attempt to contact you to let you know. If we are unable to contact you, we will cancel the order for that item and will fulfill all available items on the order. We will not substitute any item without your prior permission. Price adjustments are not available for items which have gone on sale since being purchased.

 

Exchanges

If you wish to make an exchange, please email us and let us know the reason for the exchange and what you want instead and we will reply to you as to how to proceed (unless your merchandise was damaged, in which case we will replace it if possible).

Global Girls’ sandals and accessories are all handmade. We are committed to offering well-crafted products that look good and wear well.  There may be slight variations in color, texture and finishing of the shoes.  These are not considered flaws but rather part of the handmade appeal.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check the product promptly upon its arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Returns are accepted on all items purchased online unless otherwise noted in the item description.

 

Gifts

If you have received Global Girls merchandise as a gift and would like to exchange it for something else, please follow the return policy above and check the “Store Credit” box on the Return Form, which you can link to here. Returns must be made within fifteen (15) days of your receipt of the merchandise. Upon our receipt of the item, we will create and send you a store credit code that you can apply toward the purchase of any item on the site. You may enter this code at checkout when you place your new order.

Shoes, belts or collars purchased at one of our events may be exchanged within 10 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and show no signs of wear.

If you wish to make an exchange, please email us and let us know the reason for the exchange and what you want instead, and we will reply to you as to how to proceed.  Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.  Please email us for the return address.

 If your merchandise was damaged we will try to replace it if possible.

If we do not have the replacement item currently available, you will receive a credit that is good for one year from date of issue.

Global Girls sandals are made to fit where the foot "fills" the full length of the shoe with almost no leather showing at either the toes or the heel. This is the type of fit that the size chart above is based on. If your foot is wide or if you like more room at the front or back, you may want to go up to the next size. Also, if you have a high instep AND are purchasing a style with double straps, you also might want to size up. Please note that you may take a smaller size in sandals than you do in closed toe shoes. Athletic shoes typically run very small, so best NOT to go with the size you wear in sneakers!

Every belt has 4 inches of holes. The belt size listed is the center of the 5 holes, so typically your correct belt size will allow you to wear the belt both at your hips and at your waist. Tip: use a tape measure to measure the place where you typically wear your belt for the correct size.  Note: Most customers usually go up about 4-5" from their pant size in our belts. Example: I usually wear size 30" jeans; my ideal Global Girls belt size is a 34, though I can also fit a 36.

Choosing the correct size collar: measure the dog's neck leaving about 2 fingers for wiggle room.  That measurement should be in between the smallest and largest hole of the correct size collar.  Example: Fido's neck measures 8", so you would choose a collar from the 7.5-9.5" collars.
